The Centre develops cooperation relations at local, regional, national and international level. Apart from the businessmen, who are often clients of the Centre, the standard cooperation with the institutions of public administration, self-government and other business supporting institutions, such as commercial banks, the chamber of commerce, the association of businessmen is developed.

The Centre has actively participated on the establishment of the so-called Centres of First Contact for SMEs in the region and cooperates actively with them.

At the national level it is necessary to underline the cooperation with the National Agency for the Development of SMEs (NADSME), it is a member of National Association for the Development of Entrepreneurship (NARP) and of Slovak Association of Business and Technology Incubators (SAPTI), etc.

At the international level the Centre actively cooperates particularly with the Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission within the framework of being the member of Enterprise Europe Network as well as with many partners of the Network.
