The Regional Advisory and Information Centre Prešov is from its establishment in 1993 an independent organisation of non-profit character. The centre for the support of small and medium sized entrepreneurship in the Prešov Region is an association of legal entities. The RAIC Prešov is an open association for all the subjects at the regional level, which are interested in supporting of SMEs development in the Prešov Region.

The following subjects form the assembly of members as the main body of the association of legal entities of the RAIC Prešov:

• Softip, jsc.
• Town council of the town Presov
• Stipe ltd.

The Board of Directors of the RAIC Presov is formed by the representatives of its members and its present composition is as follows:
